Startup MGZN – NBB Announces Launch of ‘e-Evolve’ Virtual Internship Program in August

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has announced the launch of its virtual internship program, e-Evolve, an extension of its current “Evolve” program. From 1st In August, the program will welcome weekly registrations of school and university students aged 15 to 24 on the BNB’s virtual training platform which will be shared once the students have registered.

In an effort to extend its internship experience to a wider segment of its community, the 5-week program will accommodate up to 750 students per session and is offered to the general public free of charge and without any restrictions. The BNB will present the program offers for the week via social media platforms and the bank’s website before each new session allowing electronic registration of future participants.

e-Evolve is designed to provide participants with an overview of potential careers in the financial sector and will include 8 elements such as: Financial Literacy Awareness, Professional Skills Awareness, Organization of Banking Divisions and Areas of Responsibility Webinars, Sign Language, first aid, FinTech element awareness, communication skills training and employability readiness.
