As the debate continues over which computer systems and workloads should be moved to the cloud and which should remain on-premises, there is no debate that cloud computing is here to stay. There is also no doubt that the demand for cloud systems, services and expertise has become a major growth driver for providers of strategic solutions and services.
But since cloud computing evolves at a rapid pace, solution providers need all the training, financial resources, and sales and marketing support they can get from their IT supplier partners.
The Partner Program Guide 2020 provides the information solution providers need to evaluate the channel programs operated by the IT vendors they work with or plan to partner with. The guide is based on detailed requests submitted by vendors – over 230 this year – describing all aspects of their partner programs.
For the purposes of the Partner Program Guide, CRN refers to certain programs as 5 Star Partner Programs because they offer the most comprehensive range of incentives, training, services and benefits.
Here we are providing snapshots of the 5 star designated people in the cloud computing space. While most IT companies today offer cloud-ready products or use the cloud as a delivery vehicle for their software, this list focuses on vendors that provide cloud computing platforms and infrastructure and the associated tools.
Other slideshows in the 5 Star Partner Program guide series taking place this week will include companies that provide products and services for Networking and Unified Communications, System and Data Center, Software and applications, security, devices and peripherals, as well as data storage and backup. While many companies offer products and services spanning multiple technologies, we have assigned each vendor the slideshow of the technology category in which they are most important.
Details of each vendor’s partner program can be found here.
