Continuous growth

Follett continues to see impressive year-over-year growth with the program. Since 2017 alone, Follett has increased its overall program total by 252%. Looking at the 2021 stats over the previous year, participating stores increased by 15% and participating students increased by 20%. Digital media orders increased 26%, largely due to the shift to online learning, which provided students with cost savings and greater flexibility.

This fall, nearly half of the new Follett ACCESS programs will be implemented campus-wide, otherwise known as “Equitable ACCESS.” Course-by-course ACCESS programs also remain a popular option, with network institutions choosing to apply the program to courses that make sense to their students.
