A systemic approach
IT vendors have spent much of 2020 helping channel partners weather the COVID-19 crisis, providing financial flexibility amid sudden economic uncertainty and creating ways for partners to market and market. sell their products and services in a contactless world.
But despite the difficult year, many IT companies continued to expand and improve their channel partner programs, providing solution partners with the support, resources, and incentives they need to succeed as the economy is improving.
This includes IT vendors who develop computer hardware and software used to power and manage the data centers at the heart of the computer systems of many businesses and organizations.
The CRN 2021 Partner Program Guide provides the information solution providers need to evaluate the channel programs operated by the IT vendors they work with or plan to partner with. The guide is based on detailed requests submitted by vendors – over 275 this year – describing all aspects of their partner programs.
For the purposes of the Partner Program Guide, CRN refers to certain programs as 5 Star Partner Programs because they offer the most comprehensive range of incentives, training, services and benefits.
Here we provide snapshots of the 5 star designated people in the system and data center space. Details of each vendor’s partner program are available at https://www.crn.com/partner-program-guide/ppg2021.htm.
Other slideshows in the 5 Star Partner Program guide series taking place this week will include companies that provide products and services for Networking and Unified Communications, Platforms and Cloud Infrastructure, software and applications, security, devices and peripherals, and data storage and backup. While many companies offer products and services spanning multiple technologies, we have assigned each vendor the slideshow of the technology category in which they are most important.
